On our InsideOut Forum Discussion Call today, we expanded on the nutritious and delicious and environmentally sensitive ideas for food shared by Chef Laura Stec. What great ideas we shared for delicious, mostly vegetable meals, using meat and grain only as garnishes! As this was Laura’s second time appearing on InsideOut, her impact on our community of listeners grew even stronger. We shared how much we have all changed the ways we plan, shop, prepare and eat our meals, coming into more alignment with the suggestions of Chef Laura and our planet’s need for reduced carbon emissions.
