Freeman-and-Susan_142x130

Cheryl Esposito welcomes Freeman Michaels & Susan Leahy, co-founders of Group to Team Leadership Solutions. How many times have you worked on a team, only to discover that no one was really interested in being a team? Freeman Michaels & Susan Leahy say the concept of team is widely misunderstood. There is a difference between acting as a group of individuals motivated by separate self-interest, versus operating as a team fueled by shared vision and mutual interest.

Friday May 20, 2016 10:00 am Pacific Time

Here’s the linchpin: successful teams begin with each individual. Everything you do, say or think is either propelling the organization further into “group” or generating more team.  Freeman and Susan have created a way to determine whether your choices, attitudes & behavior are viewed through the lens of group or the lens of team. Ready to explore this new vision of team?
Join Cheryl Esposito with Freeman Michaels & Susan Leahy exploring their powerful “Group to Team” model of success!

Cheryl Esposito welcomes Geneen Roth, bestselling author of Women Food and God: An Unexpected Path to Almost Everything; and Lost and Found: One Woman’s Story of Losing Her Money & Finding Her Life.

Friday April 29, 2016 10:00 am Pacific Time

How do you know when enough is enough? Geneen Roth has spent her adult life trying to discern the ways we are enough, have enough, get enough, give enough. Her exploration started with her relationship with food, which led her to know the real struggle: the battle with her self worth. Geneen became the go-to guru in helping others discover life-limiting beliefs & behaviors. Her success was big. So, imagine her surprise when Geneen discovered that there was more to that story…and it was about money.  Turns out, the patterns of belief and behavior she had transformed about food, were alive and well when it came to abundance. Her story includes Bernie Madoff, and leads her to deeply understand the concept of being & having enough. “Enough is not an amount…it’s a relationship with what you already have.”

Cheryl Esposito welcomes Peter Wrycza, founder of the Nirarta Centre for Living Awareness in Bali. Peter says: “In 1995 I stood in a grove of clove trees overlooking a river in a serene valley between the sea and the mountains and realized that this was my moment of choice. I could stick with my familiar work and territory in Europe. Or I could take the risk of buying land in a far-off place, and create a centre for people to connect with the core of their life.” Balinese philosophy emphasizes harmony between one’s own ‘small world’ and the wider world around us. Perfect for the transformational experience offered here for those in search of renewal and inspiration for life and purpose. Peter is co-author of Living Awareness: Awakening to the Roots of Learning and Perception; and When Performance Meets Alignment: A Compass for Coaching and Mentoring. He coaches and consults to leaders around the world. Join the conversation for a taste of the Nirarta experience!

Kute

Cheryl Esposito welcomes Kute Blackson, a new generation firestarter inspiring a global revolution in Consciousness. A gifted orator, musician, and transformational leader, Kute’s passion is helping you reveal your passion and live it. Raised in Ghana, the son of a revered spiritual leader, Kute has a presence that inspires. He was age 8 the first time he spoke in front of 3000 people with his father by his side. By age 18 with speaking appearances in over 300 venues, Kute was getting restless.  Having the courage to choose his own way in the world rather than step into the role that awaited him as his father’s successor, he left for the U.S. with “two suitcases and a dream”. He knew he wanted to help others live their own truth, not the truth that anyone else had created for them. “What are you pretending not to know?” Kute asks as he takes you on a transformational journey to dig deep and tell yourself your truth. He dares you to “pick up the instrument that is your heart and play it fully.” There is liberation in being who you are meant to be, rather than living the story that others have created about you. Whose life is it, anyway?
Join Cheryl Esposito & Kute Blackson in creating your next masterpiece: YOU!

Kristin Engvig

Cheryl Esposito welcomes Kristin Engvig, pioneering founder of WIN (Women’s International Networking), who has dedicated the past 20 years to women’s leadership and organizational change, inspiring others to create a world where business and society flourish and all people thrive. What do you do when the seed of an idea evolves into a vision, then becomes a force of influence and transformation for women around the world? If you are Kristin Engvig, founder of WIN, you breathe. You consider possibility. You build relationships. You step forward not knowing the outcome. You trust. You course correct if something does not work. What you don’t do is give up the core of the seed, the intent that was bigger than even you could imagine at the time, the values that nurtured the idea into being. This is not always the path of least resistance…
A native of Norway, Kristin believes it is her responsibility to be a global citizen. Her career spans leadership roles at global corporations including JPMorgan & Citibank, to her current work as an international strategy and marketing consultant. In the midst of that journey, Kristin’s vision of “…a sustainable, feminine, global & authentic way of being in work, communities & life…” evolved into her founding of WIN (Women’s International Networking), which today is an independent global women’s leadership organization.
Transforming ourselves in order to transform the world – one where business & societies flourish and all people thrive… building relationships to inspire possibility…stepping forward to take action, trusting that each step is a transformative moment for humanity. Every moment matters. Every person matters.

Cheryl Esposito welcomes Martin Rutte, Founder of Project Heaven on Earth; and author of multiple books, including NYT bestseller Chicken Soup for the Soul at Work. As an international speaker & consultant on spirituality in the workplace, he has explored peoples’ vision for the kind of world they deeply long for. He calls it Project Heaven on Earth.

It begins with each one of us – practical strategies, simple actions that we can take today. The best part? We define our own steps: “what matters to me.”

“At the heart of it, I believe what we want is a new context, a new story for the third millennium – one that inspires us all, one that enlivens humanity.”

This is an opportunity to create your own inquiry into what matters in your heart. And bring that to life…simply…every day.

Join Cheryl Esposito & Martin Rutte to learn the 3 questions that can change the world…starting with you.
