In 2006, Merck & Co. rolled out the award-winning âOne Less Girl to Get Cervical Cancerâ campaign to encourage parents to get their girls vaccinated against four strains of the Human Papillomavirus. Until that time, HPV was unheard of. In the past 7 years, over 31,740 adverse reactions and 144 deaths from the HPV vaccines Gardasil and Cervarix have been reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). Many of these events have been life threatening and resulted in permanent disability. Yet the government is claiming the injuries are a ‘co-incidence’ after vaccination. The Canary Party, a movement created to stand up for the victims of medical injury, environmental toxins and industrial foods has initiated a video campaign to educate consumers about the potential dangers of the HPV vaccines. The vaccine-injured girls in the video are speaking out to reclaim their lives and dignity by emphatically stating âI am not a coincidence.â
Chapman is the mother of two daughters and a son with regressive autism, seizures, apraxia, gastrointestinal and esophageal inflammation. She dedicated years to environmental, medical and education research, advocacy and activism. Chapman has met with many state and federal legislators to educate them on the autism epidemic, the medical co-morbidities that go undetected and the medical needs of the community. She has testified and advocated for parental rights, and fought to reinstitute a respect for parental observations as an integral part of the medical discovery process. Chapman is currently on the Board of the Canary Party.
