When I say in under 30 minutes I mean it. This is not 30 minutes from having your mise en place all set upâ¦all your ingredients prepped and in-front of you in cute little dishes. This is 30 minutes from what the F*** are we going to have for dinner and most of my pans are in the sink dirty! Real life rushing home from a crazy day and not having the option of picking up the phone to order pizza or Chinese so having to come up with something.
