Museum Life Host Travels to Atlanta to Attend the American Alliance of Museums Conference

Carol Bossert host of Museum Life on VoiceAmerica’s Variety Channel is attending the American Alliance of Museums (AAM) conference being held in Atlanta, Georgia April 26-29. AAM is attended by more than 5,000 museum professionals each year to share best practices and discuss issues of concern to the field. This year Ms. Bossert will be hosting a conversation about the increased use and possible misuse of circulating Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for all types of museum services. She will also be moderating a panel of international museum experts discussing new ways to reach audiences. While at the conference, Ms. Bossert will be scouting new guests for Museum Life. Her conference experiences as well as that of other conference participants will be the topic of conversation on the May 8th’s Museum Life program.

Carol Bossert, host of Museum Life on VoiceAmerica Variety Channel is traveling to Saudi Arabia where she has been consulting with the Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu to create an exhibition for the Royal Commission’s corporate headquarters in Riyadh. The project is intended to inspire audiences, particularly young people, to pursue science and engineering careers. Ms. Bossert is sharing her expertise as an exhibit planner and science educator to ensure that the exhibits are engaging and effective. She is also helping the Royal Commission develop a staffing and operations plan.”I commend the Royal Commission for its commitment to education and am thrilled to be working on a project that can make such a positive impact the lives of children and their families.”
