Anna Albrecht is the former Director of Wellness Initiatives for Womenâs Health Foundation. Now pursuing her doctorate in Physical Therapy at Governorâs State, Anna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences and Master of Public Health degree from The University of Illinois at Chicago. She received a diploma from the Northwestern University Medical Center Program in Respiratory Care and has 10 years of clinical experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Anna is fully certified in the Stott Method of Pilates and is an (MAT)â¢ Muscle Activation Techniques Certified Specialist. Anna brings her vast experience in clinical care and patient education to the Total ControlÂ® program. She truly enjoys her continued role as Instructor Trainer and Advisory Board member for the Womenâs Health Foundation.
