Not understanding the differences between the two and how their focus is different between the two disciplines is key for all Business Continuity Management (BCM) Professionals. I speak with Emergency Management and BCM expert, Julian Richardson about where the roles, responsibilities, and divisions lie between these two areas. Juliana will also help us understand how both can actually work together – to dovetail – their respective activities to benefit people, organizations, and communities during times of disaster.
