Cheryl Esposito welcomes NICOLAS ORTNER, Creator & Executive Producer of the breakthrough documentary, “The Tapping Solution,â & author of âThe Tapping Solution: A Revolutionary System for Stress- Free Living.â Nickâs work explores EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or âtapping,â a healing tool based on ancient Chinese acupressure & modern psychology. EFT suggests we can tap into our bodyâs brilliance for healing. Nick had to find a way to get this information out to help others. His most recent opportunity to help, hit very close to home. Nick lives in Newtown, CT, the place where a shooting tragedy occurred at Sandy Hook Elementary School in December 2012. 26 people â 20 of them children- were killed that day. The community continues to reel in shock & grief. Nick will share a story of the help EFT/tapping provided to some in the aftermath, as the community attempts to heal & thrive once again.
