How we feel on the inside can often be detected by how we look on the outside. While fad diets, the latest trendy supplements, and the cleanse-de-jours can give us the immediate results we seek, we cannot sustain the weight change without going a level deeper within.
Very often, there is a deeply emotional and spiritual layer to our struggle with weight gain. Sometime, it connects with something happening in our life today. Other times, it is something we encountered in our younger years. Or sometimes, it is a repressed past life memory that we need to acknowledge, accept, then release.
